Very out of the way nothing in the locality. Not good for any mobility problems

The views were probably best part.

The food was reduced as it wasn’t busy and not enough choice. Room didn’t get cleaned. Asked for another blanket as only supplied 2. Never got it. Had to stand in queue for 25 minutes to check out. People next door up late shouting and screaming. Nothing done. Bar never opened at top pool even though it was supposed to open at 10. Had to walk to other bar and go up the massive hill. Not good for anyone with mobility problems.

The pools were clean with lovely views of the sea. Contrary to the poor reviews I enjoyed the food. Lots of fresh fruits and salads. I enjoyed the fish and spare rib options. Lots of choice. Enjoyed entertaining onlookers with our poor attempt of tennis. The lady at information desk was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff were very efficient.

Too far out from anywhere. Chalets need attention. I heard complaints of smelly drains, poor drainage, electricity cut outs. Crazy golf needs repairs all ripped. Too many flies. They are a nuisance and annoying. Entertainment. Karaoke

It's a 2-star resort. Don't expect 5 star luxury

All the staff are friendly, helpful, and pleasant, especially Lisa & and Pati, on reception Good selection of food on offer If you want to be active, there is plenty to do, or if you prefer lazing the day away by the pool, you can If you're looking for a cheap, all-inclusive getaway in the sun, this is a great place to visit. This was my 2nd visit here. Would I go back ? Yes

I found the bed a bit uncomfortable The room needed a thorough clean. When I arrived, there was a dead moth on the floor in the room which stayed my whole trip. The room was made up once while there & the shower needed rinsing before use due to hairs from previous occupation

Staff is amazing, they really are do their best, all things considered. Food is ok and varied, you have fresh and cooked vegetables, fish, meat, rice, pasta, fruit and dessert. Drinks at the bars are included during the day. Easy parking, 24h reception. It's ok if you just want to be at the pool all day or as a base for visiting the island.

It doesn't look like the pictures, it's very old and would need refurbishing. The apartments have a stove, fridge and microwave but no kitchenware whatsoever (who doesn't travel with a pan in their suitcase?). The restaurant is more like a canteen. No shower gel or shampoo is provided, only small soap bars.

Sun Club El Dorado - a pleasant surprise

We really loved the personnel, the dinner was exquisite and the personnel was really friendly and nice. The All inclusive package was exceeding expectations, at least during lunch and dinner. We Also loved the area, the cottages for each group, the bed was really comfortable (this is a 2* complex but the bed was better than in a 3* hotel) and the cottage was really clean. The swimming pools were perfect, also the activities like minigolf or the possibility of scuba diving and a kids club.

The location has a hard access to the sea, so the Sun Club compensates this with services, the exquisite All i clusive and the top level personnel, also activities, also 3 swimming pools. Though many people like the activities, All inclusive and the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, so they go here repeatedly but they rent a car to go to the beach elsewhere, this is just to say about possibilities to not make this evaluation seem negative. What is missing is a better supermarket with also food for people checking in whose dinner is too far, or to have the restaurant also open for someone who would pay for their dish when checking in and having 4 hours until dinner.

we slept in bungalows that were renovated, I read that but for sure didn't notice that :) rooms were just ok, not so clean bathrooms but generally good value for the money. Swimming pools were old but nice and all the staff were just amazing! Food was rather ok too, it was always possible to eat fresh fish :)

Nature out of territory are dead, nothing to do, you have to travel to Palma. But Bus is beside the hotel. And every evening in the bar was boring, need more action.

Very nice stay, but ...

Mallorca is always a good plan, the club is interesting especially if you have kids. With more improvement it will be more valuable and more interesting.

First thing the check-in, I don't know why I was waiting for almost one hour to do the checking and I am the second person in the queue, so for one person they stay one hour ! And when it was my turn it was kind of 10 minutes to do the check-in. Secondly, the room is not that good. The bedroom is not comfortable. Finally, the food is not that good too, it's an all inclusive food, we will not expect something really good but it was only one time that we found something delicious! All inclusive snacks are in one place, you have to cross all the hotel to reach the bar, not all the bars have snacks and we didn't find something to eat too. If they improve the food quality, add more snacks bar points. It will be nicer.
